Customer Remedy

Our company’s entire liability, and the purchaser’s exclusive remedy, shall be a refund of the price paid or replacement of our products, at our option. We limit replacement to thirty days. All remedies are limited to US and or the Commonwealth of Virginia as applicable.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Product Return

You have the right to return the purchased product (The FSBORINO System) within 60 (sixty) days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price. Notify Borino Productions via e-mail or phone of your intention to return the product and wait for email confirmation.

Allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed and posted back to your account. Requests for refund older than 60 days will not be honored.

Limitation & Exclusion Of Liability
These warranties exclude all incidental or consequential damages. Our company, and its suppliers, will not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss. Listing University Trial

The purchase of the FSBORINO System program may also include a membership to a private ongoing coaching program by Borino Productions, The Listing University. First thirty (30) days after the purchase date are free. Should you decide to remain a member, there will be an ongoing automatic monthly charge to your credit card for $47 (forty-seven dollars) 30 days after your purchase, and every 30 days thereafter.

You may cancel your membership at anytime by contacting Borino Productions, or by following the "CANCEL MEMBERSHIP" link on the Listing University Website.

Legal Forum, Choice Of Laws & Official Language
